SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Last Updated: July 18, 2026

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the service-related text-messaging program operated by Anaheim Cell Phone Repair.

1. Program Name

Anaheim Cell Phone Repair Service Notifications

2. Program Description

Anaheim Cell Phone Repair sends service-related text messages to customers who request cell phone or electronic device repair services and provide affirmative verbal consent.

Messages may include:

  • Repair-ticket confirmations;

  • Electronic receipts;

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders;

  • Diagnostic results;

  • Repair estimates;

  • Repair authorization requests;

  • Repair-status updates;

  • Parts-availability updates;

  • Device pickup notifications;

  • Warranty communications;

  • Transaction information; and

  • Responses to customer-support inquiries.

This messaging program is limited to communications concerning products or services requested by the customer.

3. How Customers Provide Consent

Customers may opt in verbally during an in-person repair intake or checkout interaction at Anaheim Cell Phone Repair.

Before consent is requested, an employee reads or clearly communicates the following disclosure:

“Anaheim Cell Phone Repair would like to send service-related text messages to this phone number regarding your repair ticket, receipt, appointment, estimate, authorization requests, repair-status updates, parts availability, pickup notifications, warranty matters, transactions, and customer support. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to receive repair services. Do you agree to receive these text messages from Anaheim Cell Phone Repair?”

The customer must clearly answer yes before the employee records consent or enrolls the telephone number in the messaging program.

A customer’s telephone number will not be enrolled merely because it was provided during a repair, purchase, appointment, or other transaction.

Customers who decline SMS consent may still:

  • Submit a device for repair;

  • Purchase products or services;

  • Request an estimate;

  • Schedule an appointment;

  • Receive customer support; and

  • Receive a printed or emailed receipt.

4. Consent Records

Anaheim Cell Phone Repair may maintain records documenting verbal consent, including:

  • The customer’s mobile telephone number;

  • The date and time consent was provided;

  • The repair-ticket or transaction number;

  • The employee who obtained consent;

  • The verbal opt-in method;

  • The customer’s affirmative response; and

  • The version of the consent disclosure presented.

These records may be maintained to administer the program, document consent, process opt-out requests, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your repair, appointment, transaction, warranty, or customer-support activity.

You may receive multiple messages during the course of a repair or transaction when updates, approvals, or customer responses are needed.

6. Message and Data Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless-service plan.

Anaheim Cell Phone Repair does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program. Your wireless carrier may charge you for messages, data, or other services.

7. Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing products, receiving repair services, submitting a device for repair, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or receiving a receipt.

8. How to Opt Out

You may unsubscribe from the messaging program at any time by replying with one of the following keywords:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Once the opt-out request has been processed, you will receive no further messages through this program unless you later provide new affirmative consent.

The opt-out confirmation message may state:

“Anaheim Cell Phone Repair: You have successfully unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from this number.”

10. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery may be affected by network conditions, carrier availability, device compatibility, service interruptions, an incorrect telephone number, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging-consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Anaheim Cell Phone Repair may provide mobile information to telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and other service providers solely as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
